Paul Bissett

Chief Executive Officer and Director of Elevate Service Group

Paul Bissett is a senior investment banker with over a decade of business advisory, management, M&A, financing and capital markets experience. He brings significant transaction experience across the business services and diversified industrials sectors, including in support of high-growth, entrepreneurial roll-up strategies. Paul spent 13 years at Stifel Financial and GMP Securities (acquired by Stifel in 2019), most recently as a Managing Director working with executive teams and boards to lead their capital markets and M&A initiatives. Paul was directly responsible for dozens of notable transactions including equity financings, debt financings, acquisitions and divestitures, representing billions in transaction value.

Prior to investment banking, Paul was a M&A professional at Direct Energy, a utility services business owned by Centrica plc, where he helped execute and integrate five acquisitions totaling over $1 billion of transaction value over a three-year period. Paul began his career at Deloitte, working primarily in the Transaction Advisory Services group, leading financial and operational due diligence on behalf of corporate and private equity clients.

Paul graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (First Class Honours) and holds a CPA designation.

Frank Guo

Chief Financial Officer of Elevate Service Group

Frank Guo is a strategic finance executive with over a decade of experience acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams. He brings a proven track record as a CFO for multiple small-cap public and private companies, where he successfully structured finance operations and secured critical capital to drive business growth. Prior to that, Frank served in the Corporate Credit division at RBC Capital Markets, where he managed a significant portfolio focused on corporate lending and Non-Bank Financial Institutions trading. He began his career in public accounting.  Frank graduated from Western University with an MBA degree, holds a CPA designation and is a CFA Charterholder.

Gary Raulino​

Gary Raulino is a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the facility management industry. As the CEO and Founder of Infinity Group Construction, he has driven the company to new heights, establishing it as a prominent player in the industry. Gary oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including financial performance, business development, and operational efficiency. Under his leadership, Infinity Group Construction has forged strong partnerships with major brands such as Starbucks, Chipotle, 7-11, Aritzia, CBRE, Sherwin Williams, and McDonald’s.

Infinity Group Construction specializes in facility management, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, renovations, design-build, water systems, and restaurant equipment repair. Gary’s extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in these areas have enabled him to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. His commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety, has been a key factor in the company’s success.

Dwayne Roberts​

Romeo Di Battista Jr.

Chairman of the Board of Elevate Service Group

Romeo Di Battista Jr. founded Westmount Park Investments after 20 years as the CEO of Brovi Investments Limited, a real estate investment firm founded by his father Romeo Di Battista Sr. over 40 years ago. Since 1998, Romeo Jr. has managed and overseen investments in a variety of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, food processing, media, construction, technology, and healthcare.

Romeo brings over two decades of leadership and success. His expertise lies in identifying and seizing unique opportunities, creating great investments through strong leadership, restructuring, and the introduction of professional management teams. Romeo’s strong network provides the foundation for the success of the Westmount Park model and its affiliated group of companies.

Aaron Unger​

Independent Director of Elevate Service Group

Aaron Unger is a principal of Bayline Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm that is engaged in providing clients with advisory services relating to fund raising, corporate strategic alternatives and go-public transactions. Additionally, Aaron serves as a consultant to Richardson Wealth where he specializes in assisting advisors with respect to structured products so as to facilitate the distribution of best-in-class product to its retail network. Between June 2006 and October 2015, Aaron served on the Executive Management team and was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at Dundee Capital Markets. Prior to that, Aaron served in the Equity Capital Markets group and Investment Banking group at TD Securities. His career began in the corporate finance group of KPMG, where Aaron specialized in mid-market M&A. Aaron has an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and an MBA from The European University in Montreux, Switzerland. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Sebastien Koechli​

Independent Director of Elevate Service Group

Sebastien Koechli brings over 15 years of experience in private equity investing, M&A, and corporate finance across a broad range of industries in Canada and internationally.  Sebastien is currently a Managing Director at Helia Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment activities.  He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, structuring transactions, leading due diligence, and ensuring effective governance of portfolio companies at the board level. Prior to joining Helia Capital, he held various roles in Europe and North America, ranging from Managing Director of a Swiss-based family office and private investment firm to Deputy Head of Securities for a global private banking and asset management group. Sebastien also served on several boards and committees of publicly traded and private companies. Sebastien holds a BA and MSc in Finance and Management from HEC Lausanne.
